- Pathetically, United States college graduates are ranking lower than the High School level in other Countries. Academic Rigor at Top Universities is dropping. College Classes are becoming increasingly flimsy. Nonetheless, college GPA averages exceed 3.0. The highest rate of increase in grades is being shown more in Private schools. It seems no one is being reported a failing grade even though more students are actually failing their subjects.
And $Billions of Taxpayer dollars are still going to these Institutions??? WHAT!!! If this were a Private Company there would definitely be Fraud Charges.
