Meet Dr. Cassandra M. Hawkins:
As an Entrepreneur and Retired Educator, I leave you this quote by Fredrick Douglas, “It is easier to build strong children than repair broken adults” that has resonated for many years in the mind of Cassandra Mmabatho Hawkins. Teaching Language Arts in over 29 years of experience in Education, and 11 years of Mission’s work. Dr. Cassandra Hawkins has been recognized as a VIP Member in 2020 of P.O.W.E.R (Professional Organization of Women of Excellence Recognized).
Using her degrees in Speech, Theatre and Communications allow Children to express themselves and stimulates their creativity to problem solve. Cassandra Mmabatho Hawkins, is also a Doctor of Ministry, and enjoys Teaching Bible Stories used for Teaching Character Development and helping Children to grow Spiritually. In addition to everything else she does, she is most passionate about directing Stage Plays and Musicals that teach Children, Teens, and Young Adults how to make the Best Choices.

I Teach both Special Education and General Education. I formerly taught Special Education in the First and Second Grades. In addition, I teach Middle School Grades 4 and 5 at the school. I taught 9th and 10th Supplemental to help those who needed it. Using Google Classroom breakout rooms I taught online during the Pandemic. As of June of 2022, I have retired from a school for low-income families. Teaching all grades is something I enjoy doing. So, I’ll be Teaching Grades 1-5 and HS Language Arts and Social Studies at Brainfood Academy. I will also be teaching SS 3 and 4 as well as Science. If necessary, I will also teach 1-4 Math.

My purpose at Brainfood Academy is to educate Students and produce Entertaining Music Courses. The primary goal will be to Teach Students how to read Musical Chords. In addition, I will have a separate class for Guitar Teaching. Moreover, the Student will be able to become skillfully adept in the Art of Music by utilizing my experience and knowledge in Music.
I wish to instill a Love of Music in my pupils of all ages as the Creator and Founder of Mariachi Bands as a grade and credit in the state of Texas with my colleagues.

I am a University of Florida Graduate with a Degree in Elementary Education and a Minor in Science. The majority of my expertise is as an Elementary School Specialized Teacher in Reading and Arithmetic. I enjoy being able to assist youngsters in developing a Love of Reading and Math! I’ll be teaching Reading and Arithmetic to First Graders. I will cover the following Topics in Reading: Phonological Awareness, Phonics, Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, Fluency, Handwriting, Grammar, and Punctuation. Counting and Cardinality, Operations and Algebraic Thinking, Number and Operations in Base Ten, Measurement and Data, and Geometry will all be covered in Math. I’ll be teaching Math in Fourth Grade. Numbers/Operations in Base Ten, Operations & Algebraic Thinking are only a few examples.

It is vital that we learn about our past is what Mr. Janecek believes. Why? In order to comprehend the present. As a result, we can make plans for the Future. History, contrary to common belief, is not debatable. That’s all there is to it. It occurred. Therefore, we can’t modify it or argue with it. We may, however, talk about it. Learn from it and educate ourselves on our prior mistakes and accomplishments.
It will also assist us grasp what is going on right now. Mr Janecek will engage our pupils in open discussion and learning about History, both past and current. From the Renaissance until the present. He will guide your kids in their Growing Development of Establishing their Own Voice by use of facts rather than views. They can make Better Decisions for themselves as a result of learning to distinguish reality from opinion. Learning to think for themselves and reason from provided facts will make our Learner a Better Person. Furthermore, they will have a significant impact in our ever-changing world.

Good day, everyone. Ms Wendy is my name. This year, Felix and I will lead you on a Learning Experience at Brainfood Academy. From 2018 to 2020, I received Special Education Teacher training at the University of Hawaii; I have worked with Elementary Grade Students since 2017; I have 3 years of Tutoring experience in Basic Math and Language Arts; and I have taught Conversational Cantonese to Elementary Grade children for 3 years. Ms. Naruse-has three years of experience teaching online utilizing the Zoom platform Interesting facts about myself.
I am married and have four dogs and one cat. Cooking, singing karaoke, and playing with my pets are what I enjoy most. I reside in Hawaii. In order to get children enthused about learning, I try to add fun into my classroom. Sushi is my favorite food. Green is my favorite color. I’ll be teaching 1st Grade Math at Brainfood Academy with the help of Felix (a stuffed animal). This year’s Major Topics will be as follows: 1.
